Welcome to our cozy loft apartment, designed to provide you with a unique relaxing experience! This minimalist design space has been thought out to the last detail so that you feel at home from the first moment.

Enjoy this new and modern apartment, perfect for a relaxing stay in an area very well connected to all the points of interest in the city. Its minimalist and stylish design creates a cozy and unpretentious atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting. With spacious areas full of natural light and decorated with elegant touches, it is the perfect place to rest. Equipped with all amenities, it offers a comfortable and functional stay, both for work and leisure. The ideal refuge for a fabulous rest!

The loft has a comfortable 150 cm bed and a 140 cm Italian-opening sofa bed with a super comfortable 18 cm thick mattress, both perfect to guarantee restful nights. We are passionate about creating an atmosphere of relaxation, so we have taken care of every corner, illuminating the space with a soft and warm light, ideal for disconnecting after a day of exploration.

The Space: Design that Enchants. Upon entering, you will be enveloped in an atmosphere of calm and sophistication. The apartment has been recently renovated with a minimalist and warm style, where neutral tones, light wood and natural light predominate.

Bright Day Area: The living-dining room is the heart of the house. Relax on the designer sofa upholstered in soft tones or enjoy a dinner at the modern round table under a spectacular natural fiber lamp that brings a handmade and cozy touch. The large windows with lattices filter the sunlight, creating an intimate and serene atmosphere.

Open Concept Kitchen: Fully integrated and equipped with modern appliances (built-in microwave, coffee maker, etc.) and complete kitchenware. Perfect for preparing a quick breakfast before going out to explore or a light dinner upon returning.

Bedroom Area for Real Rest: is a sanctuary of peace. It stands out for its headboards made of work covered with handmade tiles in deep green, integrated reading lighting and high-quality bedding that invites a restful sleep.

Spa-Like Bathroom: Perhaps the jewel of the house. Modern bathroom with an impeccable aesthetic: slate green coverings, round designer mirror and exclusive gold faucets that add a touch of luxury to your daily routine. It has a large shower to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Our accommodation is located on one of the main avenues of the vibrant city of Valencia, in a strategic location that will allow you to enjoy everything this wonderful city has to offer.

We are excellently connected thanks to multiple bus lines, including the circular C3 that passes practically through the door and will take you comfortably to any corner of Valencia. A few meters away you will also find the tram stop, which will take you directly to the best-known beaches, such as La Malvarrosa or Patacona.

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force in Spain, we are obliged to register the information of all our travelers. To comply with this regulation, we kindly ask you to send us the following documentation before your arrival:

Photocopy of the identity document of each guest. If it is an identity card, the photocopy must include both sides.
For children under 14 years of age, the information must be provided by the accompanying adult, indicating the degree of kinship.
Full address of habitual residence, including locality, postal code and country.
We appreciate your collaboration in complying with current regulations and ensuring a safe and pleasant stay.

To make your stay more comfortable and help keep bedding and towels in good condition, we ask that you follow these recommendations:

Bedding: Use the sheets and pillowcases correctly to protect the mattress and pillows.
Towels: They are only for drying yourself after a bath or shower. Please do not use them to remove makeup, clean shoes or other uses that may damage them.
Makeup Removal: We recommend bringing specific products or using makeup remover pads to remove makeup.
Please note that, in case of incorrect use and if as a result there are stains that cannot be removed, we will be forced to apply a penalty to cover the replacement costs.

We want to remind you that we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests. Therefore, we appreciate that you comply with the house rules.
HOUSE RULES

It is recommended that if the day is rainy or you are wearing very dirty shoes, you access the apartment barefoot.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Access to the apartment is not allowed to other people who are not registered in the reservation.

We inform you that, in case of non-compliance with any of the following rules, the following penalties will be applied:
Staying with unregistered people: €200
Smoking or vaping inside the accommodation: €300
Consuming narcotic substances: €300
Loss of keys: €200
Leaving the accommodation without the key in the safe after check-out: €500
