- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.

- We require guests to provide a security deposit of ÂŁ200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after checkâout, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14â30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
