Also just a short walk over the hill to the sandy beach of Rotherslade Bay, which leads on to Langland and then Caswell Bay via beautiful coastal walks.

Paved area to the rear provides parking for 2 small or 1 large vehicle.
Luxurious Accommodations
Venture to the top floor, where the Master Loft bedroom awaits, boasting spectacular panoramic views over the sea, 12th Century Oystermouth Castle and Mumbles. This inviting room features a Super King size bed, a TV that conveniently pops out from the foot of the bed, and French doors that open to let in fresh air and dazzling views—perfect for those cosy nights in.
The Master Front bedroom features a splendid King size bed and is light and airy, offering beautiful views of the sea and Mumbles. This middle storey also accommodates two additional bedrooms. The middle bedroom includes a single bed, making it ideal for those seeking privacy. The spacious, light and airy rear bedroom also provides a single bed, and features the original Victorian fireplace and French doors opening out directly onto an artificial grass terrace at the back of the property.
Two separate bathrooms on this floor enhance convenience. One shower room includes a tastefully contemporary designed two-way rainfall shower, toilet, and hand basin. The other bathroom boasts a luxurious and charming claw-foot, roll top bathtub with a handheld shower, alongside a traditional hand basin and toilet. A third contemporary wet room is located on the ground floor also with two-way rainfall shower, for convenient showering after a sandy day of water sports at the beach, or, as an extra facility for the family.

The main living area, located downstairs, is perfect for relaxation. This inviting living room features two comfortable sofas, an original Victorian fireplace with gas coal-effect fire, and a smart TV, bathed in natural light from a large bay window boasting picturesque views of the sea.
In the hall a pull-across baby gate ensures the safety of both pets and little ones, preventing them from accessing the upstairs. As you make your way down the hall towards the kitchen and dining area, you’ll find French doors leading to the courtyard at back of the property. The dining space comfortably seats six and includes a standard TV with regular channels. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Neff ovens and a microwave, allowing the chef in you to create delightful meals for family and friends, complete with a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and all essential utensils.
Conveniently located at the back of the kitchen is a utility room equipped with Belfast sink, an ironing board, iron, and washing machine. In the rear courtyard you will find a pull-across washing line for drying clothes.
