The space
With uninterrupted sea views the penthouse apartment enjoys an unapparelled position overlooking Mumbles bay. With floor to ceiling windows in the lounge/ kitchen the sea views are second to none! The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, double height vaulted ceilings and an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner making this a truly unique property in which to stay. Fully renovated and interior designed in a Japandi style this apartment is sure to provide a relaxing stay with ocean retreat vibes.
With uninterrupted sea views the penthouse apartment enjoys an unapparelled position overlooking Mumbles bay. With floor to ceiling windows in the lounge/ kitchen the sea views are second to none! The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, double height vaulted ceilings and an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner making this a truly unique property in which to stay. Fully renovated and interior designed in a Japandi style this apartment is sure to provide a relaxing stay with ocean retreat vibes.
The lounge and master bedroom each have a 55 inch smart TV and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
Guests have sole access to the terrace at the rear of the property which has sea views over the roof top of the property, a great place to relax for the evening after a busy day at the beach!
Mumbles is a bustling seaside town with a vast array of cafes, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The George pub is located right next door for lunch and evening meals and a great brunch spot is located less than 20m away at Full of Graze. Several grocery stores are within a ten minute walk and Mumbles bay and promenade are located opposite the apartment.
Free parking is available directly in front of the property (3 spaces behind the bus stop) and in front of the George pub next door (10 spaces), all are on a first come first served basis. Paid for parking is available in the car park opposite or a car park 50m up the road by Verdi's ice cream parlour. For guests staying for 7 days (or close to), a visitor permit can be purchased directly from Swansea Council for £25 for up to 7 days parking, please let us know when booking if you would like to arrange this.
Please note the penthouse is a 2nd floor property with no lift so it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Guests have use of the entire apartment and rear terrace with sea views.
Other things to note
A Nespresso coffee machine is provided for your use along with tea, coffee, sugar and a welcome basket of treats are provided on arrival. Toiletries and linens are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Everything in Mumbles is within walking distance from the apartment, this includes a vast array of restaurants, pubs, bars and ice cream parlours. The centre of Swansea is 5 miles away and Cardiff is 45 miles away. The nearest train station is in Swansea which is 5 miles away and connects you to London Paddington in 2hr 45mins.
We do not accept pets.
The use of candles & smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.
We do not accept hen/stag parties and loud parties or large gatherings are prohibited.
For the safety and security of everyone, security cameras are located at the access points to the premises.
