This is a large, distinguished, and functional 80 m² apartment for 6 people, in an unbeatable location with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay.



Located on the first floor.



The accommodation consists of a spacious bedroom with a 1.50 cm queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, jacuzzi, a large dressing room, and a magnificent television.



The living room has two pleasant balconies overlooking the street and is furnished with a chaise longue sofa that converts into a bed for two people and another 1.35 cm double bed. The space has a large television.



The entire apartment has hot/cold split air conditioning.



The kitchen area is fully equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 6 people, and other usual utensils. You can cook and enjoy pleasant after-dinner conversations at the kitchen island.

To use the washing machine, you have a portable clothesline and iron.



You will also find another full bathroom with a shower.

We provide one bath towel per guest, which you will find on the beds, as well as shower gel.



Hot water is provided by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly to ensure it works properly.
