Worst Stay Weâve Ever Had â Avoid at All Costs
This was by far the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. The apartment was in terrible condition and clearly not maintained at all.
From the moment we arrived, problems were everywhere. The bathroom doors were damaged, the drain was completely stuck, and the shower leaked heavily, flooding the bathroom. There were leaks under the toilets, making the place feel dirty and unsanitary. The washing machine did not work at all, and to make things even worse, the electricity went out multiple times during our stay and there was a disgusting sewage smell lingering throughout the apartment and entire building.
Because of these serious issues, we tried to leave from the very first day /moment we arrived. We requested a refund because we were extremely upset and uncomfortable staying in such a nasty place. The response from the host was unacceptable, they told us we could leave if we wanted, but no refund at all, despite the apartment being clearly uninhabitable, not, not at all what it was described on Expedia.
Unfortunately, VRBOâs response was just as disappointing. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, their support was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us completely unsupported as guests.
This place should not be listed in its current condition. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money, and do not book this apartment.
