Welcome to Villa Marinella!

The Trinito apartment is a one-bedroom unit on the ground floor of the villa, featuring a large private outdoor area overlooking the Gulf of Mola, with panoramic views of the sea and Capoliveri.

Shared services with the other guests of the property: outdoor shower, barbecue, parking, washing machine.



The accommodation consists of a living area with a fold-down double bed and a single armchair bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella.

From the parking area, a few steps lead down to the apartment.



Villa Marinella has a total of five apartments, three of which overlook the garden. Each of these units has its own outdoor space, not separated by dividers.

The villa is immersed in nature and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, and for guests wishing to explore Elba Island, its beaches and the surrounding area.



Beaches and surroundings:

Just 150 m away you will find the island’s Dog Beach, facing the bay — perfect for letting your dog take a swim at any time of day.

Due to boat traffic and the proximity to the mooring area, we recommend the nearby beaches for swimming: Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, and Naregno.

All are reachable in about 5 minutes by car, are dog-friendly, and offer different environments: from family-friendly beaches to more quiet and natural spots.



Porto Azzurro is approximately 1 km away, and Capoliveri about 4 km.

A Coop supermarket and fuel station are just 2 minutes by car; within 5 minutes you can reach all services in Porto Azzurro.



Located in front of the natural harbor of Baia di Mola, the villa also benefits from the presence of a buoy field (active from May to October), offering berths for boats from 4 to 16 meters.



Useful information:

We recommend having a means of transport: the villa is on a hill and you will need a vehicle to reach the beaches.

Access to the property is via 100 m of uphill dirt road.

To enter the apartment, you must climb a few steps.

Dogs are welcome, provided they are communicated at the time of booking.

Bed linen and towels can be brought by guests or rented on request: €20 per person
