Thereâs something quietly magical about this home. Set across the top two floors of a former warehouse, it has that rare feeling of openness and light thatâs so hard to find in London. Sunlight pours through the tall windows and up toward the mezzanine, where the air seems to lift â part home, part hideaway, entirely its own.
The heart of the flat is the open-plan kitchen and dining area: high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and a small balcony that catches the city breeze. Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
If youâd like a little flexibility, weâre happy to help where we can â just give us a heads up in advance (a small fee applies, and availability is subject to change).
We kindly ask that you check out on time â our lovely cleaners often arrive right at 10:00 AM, and delays disrupt their entire day. A ÂŁ20 fee applies for each half hour of unauthorised late check-out or early arrival.
Keys
The day before you leave, weâll send a quick reminder on how to return the keys â itâs super important to follow that, as our team relies on timely access. If the keys are left incorrectly, a ÂŁ50 fee will be charged to cover the disruption.
If keys are lost, broken, or locked inside the flat, thereâs a ÂŁ100 fee to cover lock replacement.
Locked yourself out? We can arrange a call-out for ÂŁ60.
Need an extra set of keys? Weâre happy to help with 24 hoursâ notice and a ÂŁ100 deposit.
Parking
Thereâs no private parking, but itâs easy to sort nearby:

â Apps like JustPark or YourParkingSpace often have great local options
ZipCar users: parking isnât included in their rates â youâll need to book a bay separately.
Little guests

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
