Located just steps from the historic center and at the foot of the evocative medieval fortress, the house offers a private entrance loggia, perfect for relaxing outdoors, a quiet read, or a glass of wine in complete privacy.
Access to the property is via a gently sloping paved driveway.
Just a 300-meter walk away, you'll find all amenities: bars, supermarkets, a bank, a post office, and excellent restaurants. Don't miss a stroll to Collese, the historic center's panoramic terrace with exclusive views of the valley.

You'll have access to:

Living Area: Equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, built-in wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, and essentials (oil, salt, spices).
Sleeping Area: Separated from the living room by blackout curtains and located on a slightly raised level (two steps), the bedroom features a bright desk area, ideal for remote working or reading. The apartment has two double beds, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to four people. For those requiring greater flexibility, we can provide an extra single bed in the living room upon request.
The Bathroom: A true haven of well-being, modern and elegant, with a window, bidet, and large designer shower.

Laundry Room and Storage (Ground Floor): A private space with plenty of sun all day, ideal for quickly drying laundry. It's also perfect for secure bicycle storage.
Loading and Unloading: The laundry room is directly accessible by car, making arrival and departure extremely convenient.
