Discover the well-kept alleys of Barchi, home to churches, historic buildings and panoramic terraces, gathered in a small but harmonious urban setting. You will be welcomed by Porta Nova, which retains its 17th-century character with an elegant touch of modernity. Visit the Museo degli Orci e degli Orciai to discover how local history is also linked to the tradition of ceramics.
About a 30-minute drive towards the coast takes you to the sandy beaches of Fano and Torrette di Fano, where you can enjoy pleasant days with family or friends. Here you will also find the main shopping centres and stores. A few minutes' drive further on, you can also reach the beaches of Senigallia or the pebble beaches of Marotta.
In about 5 minutes by car, you can reach Mondavio, recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Let yourself be enchanted by its imposing fortress and city walls. Visit the Museum of Historical Re-enactment, stroll through its beautiful narrow streets and enjoy the view that Mondavio offers. In August, don't miss the renowned historical re-enactment “Caccia al Cinghiale”, which has been held since 1959.
Just a 20-minute drive away is Corinaldo, a charming medieval village. Pass through the Mura dello Scorticatore via Porta Santa Maria del Merca, one of the three entrance gates. About a 30-minute drive inland in the Marche region, you can reach Acqualagna, known as the City of Truffles, and Furlo, where nature lovers can enjoy trekking, rock climbing, and canoeing on the Candigliano river. There is also an adventure park for children.
About 40 minutes away by car is Urbino, famous for its Renaissance historic centre, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is well worth a visit.

The main entrance to the property is located on the ground floor which consists of:
- a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower accessible to people with disabilities and a small kitchenette;
- a hallway with an internal staircase and an elevator to reach the first floor, where you will have access to the garden and swimming pool.

The first floor consists of:
- a living room with armchairs, a table with chairs, TV, elevator;
- a kitchen with an island with induction hob, 2 ovens, refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine, dining table, 2 wine cooler and direct access to the garden;
- a loft with coloured tables and chairs stairs accessible from the kitchen, perfect for a break or a moment of conviviality;
- 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, accessible only from the garden;
- a guest bathroom;
- a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

The second floor consists of:
- a double suite with bathroom with shower, sitting area with tables, a sofa bed and armchairs, and access to the shared terrace;
