Our stylish and modern 1-bedroom apartment with private parking is 250 metres from the sea in the most characteristic central district of Lerici. Set in an elegant, peaceful and historic building on a pedestrian road closed to traffic, it offers a view of the castle and is just steps away from all amenities, restaurants, public transit and beaches, with easy access to hiking trails and touristic excursions. It’s the ideal place to explore the beautiful Poets' Gulf and the Cinque Terre.

This bright and spacious 62 square-metre apartment is tastefully designed with high-end décor. It is located in a prestigious building on a picturesque street in the central pedestrian zone, closed to traffic. With ample windows and skylights, this top-floor, corner-unit apartment is filled with light and is accessible by a comfortable staircase (16 steps) plus an elevator. Because of its unique position, you’ll enjoy a view of the 12th century castle as well as the colourful facades of typical Ligurian houses.

For a relaxing start to the day, you can enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar in the modern, open kitchen. We provide a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster and basics like coffee, assorted teas and sugar. The kitchen is also equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop and full-sized oven, and is well stocked with cookware, dinnerware and basic pantry items - plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. We have a private parking spot in a nearby garage (350m / 5 min walk from the apartment) that can be booked for an additional 15€/night to be paid in cash at the time of arrival. Please send us your request at the time of booking to reserve this parking spot. Please note that LPG and CNG cars are not permitted to enter the parking garage.
