Maison de montagne classique du milieu du siècle Tucson rénovée en 2016 au plus haut niveau. Cette élégante maison personnalisée a un beau décor et un mobilier, y compris des pièces d'époque et des touches spéciales de designers et d'artistes Tucson. Une nouvelle maison d'hôtes de 2 chambres est nichée dans le paysage naturel du désert

La maison est en plan ouvert, avec des murs de Nana qui s'ouvrent complètement à la piscine et au patio dinant, laissant l'extérieur dedans. Profitez de la vue sur le centre-ville et des levers et couchers de soleil sur les montagnes.

Beaucoup de place pour votre famille, la maison principale comprend 3 chambres à coucher, toutes avec lits Queen, et 2 salles de bains. La maison d'hôtes comprend 2 chambres, une avec un lit Queen et l'autre avec un Twin, et 1 salle de bain avec des parois de douche qui s'ouvrent sur le désert pour une douche intérieure / extérieure!

Passez la Tucson Spring à la piscine chauffée, surplombant la ville et les montagnes. Sur le patio est un 54 "Wolf Gas Grill, fumeur Kamodo Kamado, et un barbecue intégré avec gril Comal sur mesure, ainsi qu'un réfrigérateur bar sous comptoir. Pour une utilisation à la piscine, il y a une salle de bain patio et une douche extérieure.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire des repas gastronomiques et divertir magnifiquement.

À quelques minutes, vous trouverez de nombreuses attractions parmi les plus belles de Tucson, notamment des restaurants, des magasins, des sentiers de randonnée, des pistes cyclables et des spas. Great views and convenient location

The location was perfect for a fall getaway and conveniently located to amenities. The kitchen was outstanding and made cooking the Thanksgiving easy and enjoyable. We look forward to returning.

Great House with Wonderful Views!

My family and I needed a long-term place to stay and Nancy's house and separate casita was perfect for us. Convenient location for multiple quality restaurants (walking distance to great burgers, Mexican food and beer!) and an easy drive to several supermarkets and shopping. Don't forget the great views and morning visits from Sonoran desert wildlife!

Nice experience.

We were there for an extended stay due to a move. The house and our experience was terrific throughout the stay. Great location, nice view of city lights, nice pool, well equipped kitchen, and living area. Amber was very responsive for the few questions, and or requests we had. We would definitely stay here again.

tastefully remodeled mid-century

My wife and I spent a number of weeks at this property in January & February 2020. The area feels quite private, with no direct view of neighboring homes. The large, remodeled kitchen/living room space is full of light from the expanse of windows and folding glass doors. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and well furnished with cookware and supplies. Lots of countertop area. We didn't use the pool because the water is cold in the winter, but the pool/patio area is nicely laid out. Part of the patio is sheltered from the sun. The gas grill worked fine. There is a good view of the western horizon. We never tired of the beautiful sunsets. The owner's agents were very responsive to our questions and requests. Everything felt well maintained. We definitely will consider staying here the next time we visit Tucson.

Nice place, nice location, good time.

A lovely spacious house in a pleasant neighborhood, close, not too close to local shopping. The pool was clean, lots of excellent appliances, and kitchen tools. Improvements: The towels, blankets, and linens are worn; the controls of the NEST thermostats and the oven were confusing. However the other house directions were well written and easy to follow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

impressive view/pool and pool area a major issue

Property was in an ideal location, remote, but accessible to all types of shopping needs. House was roomy enough for our group of 6. The one and main issue was the pool and lack of enough pool lounge chairs, and the pool is not heated by a regular type of pool heater that will regulate the temperature as needed. Rather, the heater is regulated by ambient outside temperature. Due to the cold weather experienced, the pool temperature was not sufficient for use. We have been at other properties with regular heaters and it worked well no matter what the outside temperature. When you got out of the pool, you put on a robe, and immediately go into the house. As impressive the view and the excellent house accommodations, consensus was we would have not rented the house if we new in advance of the pool issues. We snow-bird, and one of the criteria is a pool and area to congregate by the pool.

Beautiful setting, beautiful home!

This trip was complete perfection, thanks to this beautiful home. It was the perfect setting to relax by the pool or gather with my friends in the evening for a beautiful meal. The rooms were cozy, the living room was welcoming, and the outdoor dining areas and grills were incredible. I highly recommend making yourself a cocktail and watching the sunset over the saguaro by the pool.

The Best House on Earth

Seven of us enjoyed a perfect long weekend here over the summer. The property is better than large enough to accommodate more, and is finished in a mid-century desert style I found so alluring and tasteful that over the course of our vacation, I began to entertain the idea that perhaps I was becoming more attractive and confident by association. On more than one occasion, I found myself wondering: is this Eames chair making my hair softer? You may say that better design can't make you a better person. I say don't be a fool. Instead, go and relax amid the easy splendor of this AZ gem. Take in the cool polish of the concrete floors, and drag away the glass walls that open like skirts to the outdoors on perfect days. Have a go on one of the plush, giant beds, and notice the way that all of the drawers close with a slightly weighty, velvetish thud that feels almost exactly like pocketing a hundred dollars. Revel in the majesty of the Kitchen and grill--each set up for serious home cooks, or if that isn't your thing, rest easy knowing that the house is also convenient to a number of great food options in Tucson (i.e. all of the taquerias). Maybe you'll fire up the sound system and play your favorite LP from speakers hidden in the low-slung eaves while you take in the astonishing hilltop view outside, and when you've had your fill of weeping at sunsets to the petty, criminal fretwork of Elvis Costello, you'll break the pristine surface of the pool for some antic fun. After all that, if you can say you aren't somehow better than you were before, I'll concede. And I'll also happily take your rental spot.

Amazing deco + beautiful setting

I LOVED this space. The owner did a wonderful job decorating the interior. I went with a big group of friend and we basically never left the property because it had everything we needed. Add the backdrop of the desert and giant old cacti and you've got a really special stay. Highly recommended.

A stunningly beautiful and calm escape.

If you're looking for a place to escape life and live in the well-appointed present. This is it. From the kitchen to the vistas, every detail of this home was thoughtfully crafted. Comfort and style intersect in this home. It's also convienient to so many hikes, shops, a Whole Foods, coffee shops, and workout studios.

Perfect place to stay in Tucson

This house is optimised for relaxing, cooking and entertaining. You will not find a better equipped kitchen in any vacation home. The house is also minutes away from Whole Foods and other shopping options .

Ideal house for perfect getaway

This house is as gorgeous as it is comfortable. Perfect set up for relaxing around the pool, spectacular views (amazing sunsets), and great location for anything you'd want to to in Tucson and the surrounding area. Very close to great hiking and horseback riding. The house is extremely well equipped with everything one could want and immaculately clean . We have stayed here three times and would definitely return. Can't recommend highly enough!

Lovely, convenient oasis with views

A wonderful desert house, pool and guest houseon a private hillside 5 minutes from Whole Foods, restaurants and services. The main house is spacious, well-equipped, full of light, great kitchen. Lots of space for sitting around the pool, in the sun or shade. Great sunset views over the mountains. Guest house is private with fabulous shower. Everything in fine condition. Loved it.
