VUES, VUES, et PLUS DE VUES! Notre maison a quelques-unes des plus belles vues sur Anna Maria Sound, Tampa Bay et le pont Skyway. Depuis votre salon ou votre chambre, vous pouvez observer la vie marine comme des dauphins, des lamantins, des poissons, des oiseaux et bien d'autres encore. Vous pouvez également regarder les plaisanciers et les pêcheurs tester leur chance sur Anna Maria Sound pendant que vous vous asseyez dans le salon / salle à manger, nager dans votre piscine, ou s'asseoir sur votre quai. C'est un divertissement g��nial. Mis à part la vue, la maison est absolument magnifique. Il est niché dans un quartier résidentiel calme pour une grande paix et calme, et un peu de repos et de détente. Juste une courte distance de marche de ces célèbres plages de sable blanc d'Anna Maria. Cette maison de vacances de luxe a tout pour toute la famille!

Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres et 4. 5 salles de bains. 4 des chambres ont des lits king confortables, toutes avec salles de bains attenantes. La 5ème chambre a deux lits superposés. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon pour les invités supplémentaires. Il y a 2 chambres au premier niveau de vie, et les 3 autres chambres sont au 2ème niveau de vie. Cette maison est parfaite pour toute la famille !!

Beautiful balance

We were very happy with our week’s stay at this property. We loved waking up to the bay views, wildlife and many opportunities to see dolphins, manatees, birds and go fishing. The pool was huge for those they didn’t want to always go to the beach and especially the little ones. Property had a nice floor plan with restrooms attached to nearly all bedrooms (except bunk bed room), spacious and areas to hang dry swim suits, towels, spread out outside and have some shade too. Ping pong and pool were great bonuses as were the bikes and some beach stuff. Really great location. Only recommendation would be the family room area could use new furniture and have more comfortable seating for a house this size.

Property Management

The property management was absolutely amazing. We had a few issues and they were on it. Not only did they take care of the issues in a timely manner but they also did follow up calls to make sure we were satisfied with the results. We will definitely rent this home again.

Our family vacation

The view was impeccable. The house was beautiful but needed some repairs. Pool was nice. Enjoyed sitting on dock looking at the water. Saw dolphins, jellyfish and birds. Pool table nice but pool sticks need tips and chalk. Less than 10 minute walk to beach. Very relaxing!

Clean with amazing bay views

The property was very clean, nice and spacious with attentive owners, but Anna Maria island was substandard. The people (not the owners) were rude and not friendly, the traffic is horrific, and it is halfway underwater. Impossible to bike places with kids. There are many wonderful places in Florida and this island is not one of them. If you want to come here though, I would recommend this house.

Perfect home for our group of eight adults!

We arrived find this home spotless and ready for our group of eight which consisted of three married couples and two single ladies. The four master suites are amazing! The twin over full bunk room had an awesome view of the bay. We enjoyed the beautiful full bay views as we sat in the living room/dining room and when we relaxed by the heated pool. The beach is a very short walk from this home. We walked to the beach several times and even ate breakfast there at a local cafe one morning. Jenn had everything ready for us when we arrived and left her phone number in case we needed it but we didn't need to call because everything was perfect! We plan to return!

Many broken things

The house was nice, clean, good location but many inconveniences. AC not working properly, fridge not working, had a replacement for two days and had to go downstairs every time we needed to grab things out of it. The deck alarm sensor fell down in the middle of the night and didn’t stopped making noise at 3:00 am. The pool heater didn’t work correctly… paid a lot of money for si much hassle we went through

Property did not meet expectations

Property power was out for first 6 hours after arrival- property mgmt team provided no options on backup plan for housing in case power did not go back on- pretty much on our own. 1. Cable box not working in family room- had to pull from another room myself; property mgmt never replaced during stay. 2. Refrigerator leaks at bottom- had to keep towel at bottom of appliance 3. Water leak in ceiling downstairs when it rains. 3. Built in microwave does not work- they had small replacements on counter- but for a property this size- replace the microwave. 4. Numerous bricks/tiles are loose on pool and spa- safety issue in my opinion. 5. Door handles in back patio loose. This should be a very nice property but in my opinion, is not being looked at after usage in the way it should. Couches are stained, many of the walls should be repainted. Very unfortunate-

So many problems.. Oh my, where to start!?

the good: looks nice, the view is great, the people at AMI who dealt with our many problems were polite and they tried to be effective. the bad: it started at the front door, the coded lock didn't work and could not be fixed all week. it wasn't the end of the world but more a sign of things to come. One of two furnaces didnt work. There was a delay in getting it looked at (I wont push since one of those days was Christmas) It was unusually cold out - the entire main floor was upper 50's at night and too cold to enjoy during the day. Our texts are promptly answered but the delayed vendor missed the fix on cold day 2, ordered a part on cold day 3, and we went 3-4 days with no heat in the main living and 2 bedrooms. >no water for the great looking master bathtub - unusable all week I was told a part was ordered but in 6 days they didnt get it operable >things missing or falling off walls - missing toilet paper rack (replaced after 2 request and 2 days) hanger, towel rack that fell off (fixed that week) The main living room curtains fell off the wall. I asked that they just take them away if they couldnt fix since we didnt need them - after a few reminders they were taken out of the house on day 5-6. >the pool and hot tub wont heat when the air is below 50 - (I would say that is closer to 60) the system also only heats one or the other. I'll spare you the details on the service requests for this, I just dont think its the right system for a house that rents for this price range. Even the pool service person told me that a cheap screen to block the air off the bay would help >a shower didnt drain, this was fixed pretty promptly. >Service people and service texts: again nice people but I had to do all of the follow up. and they seemed to have little vendor control. I was constantly texting for updates. most calls you get different person and have to start over with them. Anyone would expect so much more for the money. It's a good house in a wonderful location. It wasn't prepped well and there are some cheap materials. I would have thought that having what seems like a large rental company with staff would be an advantage, a call line, vendor pull - but in this case i think it hurt us. I got a credit but was told I couldnt have the amount I thought was fair. I dont need an apology, just improve for others, but I wouldnt do what I see you do with others and refute facts, I have a long embarrassing text list available.

Great view & location

Paying for the view & location. Although both where great, this property is over priced. Don’t get me wrong, the house is beautiful, but the patch ups on this house is why I feel this house is over priced. There was a seaweed “muck” that formed around the dock that stunk (this being out of the property owners control). We’ve stayed at several properties through VRBO & with all things considered, if all the patch ups where fixed I would stay here again. AMI would be considered a must visit!

Fantastic Friends Getaway

We travelled with 5 couples to Anna Maria. House was just as pictured. Amazing view with lots of wildlife (dolphins, manatees, rays, small shark and birds) sightings everyday! Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The free trolley system is great if you do not rent a car or golf cart. Would have bee awesome to have a bathroom on the pool level along with a wet bar and/or small fridge for cocktails but then I guess we would not get our daily stair steps in going up to the kitchen to make them. ;) One thing that was wrong on the listing was the shared hallway bathroom. This bathroom is on the main level (2nd floor) not the upper level (3rd floor) so the people in the bunk room had to go downstairs to use the restroom. Our one main complaint are the beds. They are horrible. Very hard and VERY loud every time you turn you feel like you woke the whole house. Otherwise we had an amazing time!

Great Vacation

Our group really enjoyed being on the bay with a dock and nice outside seating. Minor problems were fixed in the first couple days. We liked the quiet neighborhood and the quick walk to the beach. All in all it was a lovely two week vacation with friends.

Beautiful house and area.

House was very clean and beautiful. Lots of space for big families. Pool was very refreshing. Dolphins and manatees visited everyday. Kitchen well stocked with pans, pots, etc. Pool towels were a plus.

The View!

Overall, great time. For what you pay, the place needs to provide better kitchen supplies and it was not cleaned to par with what I’d expect. We cleaned after checking in and found many spots that were not cleaned in awhile such as handrails to stairs. The place is huge and great for large family. Pool and dock were out hangout spots. Very quiet and close to restaurants and shops

Beach Home

Great location, nice property, helpful rental company. The property was not thoroughly cleaned and when we arrived I assume the previous guest left fishing bait in the lower room and the house stunk horribly. Also the kitchen items are very worn and would have been great to have "starter" items like foil, etc Like other rentals have proviced.

The house was beautiful. Views outstanding. all had a great time. Minor complaints: Beds very squeaky especially the master suite. Semi-well equipped but for the price would expect better quality pots, pans etc. Those are very minor though. all in all a great time. Anna Maria island beaches are beautiful, good resteraunts etc. we will be back to the island

For the most part everything was great. We had blast and love the location. The only minor issue we had was the beds were a little squeaky but in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. Overall the house was as advertised and we loved it!

Fantastic location

Fantastic property with beautiful views which we will never forget! Saw lots of dolphins and a few manatees from the villa. Anna Maria Island is so pretty - it has a village feel to it. We enjoyed going to the Sandbar - the view was amazing! My family fished and mainly caught catfish off the dock and were trying desperately to catch something else. The only negative thing I can think of is that the water flow in the kitchen and our ensuite was very slow, other than that all was good. I would definitely like to return in the near future.
