The apartment was ok but lacked a lot of equipment expected in a holiday rental. The kitchen had a good oven but the cutlery and crockery were all a mishmash - rather like they had been collected at a market. The boiler was in a kitchen cupboard which dripped water onto kitchen worktop. The bedding was awful and slipped off the bed constantly. Seating area in lounge good and location good but we had several days when the water went off and were unable to have a morning shower or use the toilet. The management agency were initally not very helpful stating it was out of their control. In the 3rd day of this happening after I had said they should have offered to move us to another apartment they offered us “the only one they had available” in a very busy area that was noisy. We had only 1.5 days left so decided we didn’t was to pack and move so we bought large bottles of water to manage it ourselves At this point they were apologetic but did not offer any partial refund despite my stating it should have been offered. I would not recommend this property
I did try to get through to Vrbo but the online chat was ridiculously difficult to navigate and kept crashing. Overall not a great experience
