Description:

Our luxurious waterfront vacation rental is a zero energy home with photovoltaic system on the roof, which is powerful enough to power the entire residence. The latest air conditioning technology provides environmentally friendly cooling. Underfloor cooling with integrated ceiling fans keeps rooms cool and replaces traditional air conditioning with state-of-the-art technology.

The interior design is modern and luxurious throughout - in perfect harmony with the overall design of Residence Porto Nuovo. Self-painted works by the owner decorate the living and dining areas, creating a cozy ambiance.

In addition, our Salvatore Home - Residence Porto Nuovo - features underfloor heating/cooling throughout the entire house.

Bedrooms:

Both fully air-conditioned bedrooms each have a double bed (160 cm wide), an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC (one of them en-suite, the other one freely accessible) and a balcony overlooking the residence's idyllic back garden planted with olive trees. The back balcony has a small table set for a relaxing coffee in the morning sunshine hours.

Living Room:

The spacious, fully air-conditioned living room with open kitchen invites you to spend relaxing hours with your family and friends. In addition, the living room features a 65-inch flat screen TV including BOSE surround sound system.

Our Salvatore Home - Residence Porto Nuovo is equipped with high-speed internet throughout the accommodation as well as a Bose sound system and satellite TV with support for e.g. Amazon Prime and Netflix. Both bedrooms have their own 43-inch flat-screen TVs.

Outside-Area:

Want to cool off and sunbathe? Use our heated saltwater pool (Mid April - Mid October) at any time and enjoy the indescribable view of the mountains and lake. Bathrobes and bath towels from Salvatore Home are also available here.

Kitchen:

If you feel like cooking your own bolognese for once: No problem. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality BOSCH appliances and a wide range of cooking utensils. So that you don't have to worry about doing the dishes, you will of course find a dishwasher in the kitchen. Furthermore, the breathtaking view is not disturbed by large exhaust hoods, because our stove works with the latest exhaust technology, so no external exhaust hood is needed.

Parking and Infrastructure:

From the living area you can reach via the outside staircase or the elevator both down to the community pool and the sun terrace as well as into the very attractive and extremely spacious underground garage. There you will find behind an electric rolling gate sufficient parking space for cars and bicycles as well as washing machine, dryer and separate sink. Through the underground garage you also reach the opposite lake promenade, which also offers them access to the lake and thus the possibility of an evening cooling in the lake.

The Residence Porto Nuovo is located directly opposite the picturesque lakeside promenade and so you can reach the center of Torri in just 5 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

While the local weekly market in Torri del Benaco around the Castello Scaligero di Torri del Benaco is a 5-minute walk away, the bus connection from Torri to Malcesine, Garda, Bardolino and many other charming towns saves many a search for a parking space. Tickets for this can be purchased at the local tobacconist on the street. The bus then leaves every half hour from the main road.

The ferry dock is also only a 5-minute walk away and so many places on Lake Garda, such as Limone, are connected by ferry. You have the choice between a comfortable panoramic trip on one of the excursion steamers and the more time-saving variant of the hydrofoils, which will take you from one place to the next in a few minutes. In addition to the numerous passenger ferries, the Navigarda also offers interesting possibilities to get to the other side of the river in a short time by car.
