House Rules

- Quiet hours after 10pm

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment allowed (3% card fees are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, in accordance with our booking policy, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
