The villa features heating, wi-fi internet connection, fans in all bedrooms, baby bed, high chair and private parking inside the property.

Exteriors and swimming pool
The villa, surrounded by greenery, enjoys a large garden of approximately 2,500 sq.mt. In a frontal position we find the rectangular shaped swimming pool measuring 14x7 with a depth of 1.50 metres. The paved solarium area develops around it, equipped with umbrellas, 6 sunbeds and an external shower. The house is enriched by a large porch equipped with table, chairs, a portable barbecue and an outdoor seating area. Furthermore, guests, surrounded by majestic olive trees, can take walks within the entire property (approximately 5,000 m2), entirely fenced with wire mesh and hedges. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An automatic gate leads to the inside of the property with private parking.

Interior
The villa (approximately 400 m2) has been renovated with a modern taste to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. The ground floor opens onto a living room with TV and fireplace, and, in an open space, a large dining room and a kitchen, both with direct access to the porch equipped for outdoor dining, a service bathroom (toilet and sink). The kitchen features, in addition to all the other equipments: a dishwasher, an air fryer and a washing machine located externally on the balcony. Going up an internal staircase (18 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a double bedroom with two windows and private bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed particularly suitable for children, both with access to a large balcony overlooking the pool, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower, equipped with a small balcony. From here, climbing a spiral staircase (13 steps), we access the attic designed as relaxation area.

Position

Upon request, possibility of domestic help, cook, organization of cooking courses and weddings.

The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. A small pet is allowed upon payment of Euro 50/booking.

Villa Diamante is located 1 km from Lamporecchio, in the province of Pistoia in Tuscany, in an area full of olive trees and vines, surrounded by the greenery of the Montalbano and Valdinievole hills. The oldest part of the town, with the medieval villages, the towers, the suggestive churches, is located on the slopes of Montalbano, while the modern part of the town has developed in the flat area. The central location allows you to easily reach particularly attractive cities such as Vinci, Montecatini Terme, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The area is also full of routes for cycling or trekking enthusiasts.
