Mediterranean charm between the sea and nature in Son Serra de Marina
This exclusive and newly built house is located in the quiet and picturesque coastal village of Son Serra de Marina, and perfectly combines modern design, maximum comfort and a unique connection with nature. Located just 250 metres from the sandy beach and surrounded by protected green areas, this property offers the ideal retreat for those seeking privacy, natural beauty and an authentically Mediterranean lifestyle.
The house is distributed over three floors and a rooftop, all carefully designed to offer spacious areas, plenty of natural light and exceptional views of the sea and the surrounding natural park.
On the ground floor is the main entrance through a large foyer, which also houses a practical laundry room. An internal staircase connects this floor with the upper storeys.
The ground floor features a spacious and bright living and dining area, with an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a central island with a wine rack. Large windows at both ends of the house allow the sea breeze to flow freely, creating a fresh and light-filled atmosphere. From here you can access two large private terraces: one with sea views and another with views and direct access to the swimming pool. Both terraces offer a special visual connection between the sea and the natural park. Equipped with a barbecue area, they are ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
On this floor there is also a complete guest bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool terrace is a true paradise. It can be accessed via an external staircase from the first floor or directly from the rear garden. Here awaits a turquoise salt-water swimming pool 12 metres long, perfect for swimming. Surrounded by tropical and Mediterranean plants and trees, designer sun loungers, tables, parasols and an outdoor shower, the pool area offers tranquillity, rest and enjoyment under the Majorcan sun.
On the second floor there are three spacious double bedrooms (between 15 m² and 20 m²), each with an en-suite bathroom, desk, wardrobe and 180 cm wide beds composed of two 90 cm mattresses joined with a zip, ideal for flexible sleep comfort. Two of the bedrooms share a terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or relaxing at the end of the day. The third bedroom, with views of the park and pool, has a large private terrace that offers tranquillity and clear views of the natural surroundings, the pool and the sea.
The rooftop crowns the house with a spectacular chill-out area, equipped with sofas, dining table and umbrellas, and offers impressive views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. A magical place to watch the sunset, dine outdoors or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere.
Regarding equipment, the house has air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating for cooler days and intelligent sensors on the windows to optimise energy consumption. Every detail has been carefully thought out to offer maximum comfort without compromising sustainability.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean natural park at its rear and left side, which guarantees absolute privacy and a direct connection with nature. Just a few minutes' walk away is the pristine beach of Son Serra de Marina, one of the most unspoilt on the island, with fine sand, crystal-clear waters and protected dunes.
It is worth noting that we have fibre optic with high-speed Internet for remote working (600 MB).
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
