Portion of farmhouse with exclusive swimming pool, divided into 3 apartments, sleeping 12 people in 6 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, 2 service bathrooms and 1 service bathroom in the pool area. Guests can access 3 equipped kitchens, a dining area for the entire group, a garden equipped with a built-in barbecue and an outdoor dining area for the entire group. The farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, heating, wi-fi internet connection, 1 baby bed, 1 high chair and private parking inside the property.

Borgo Casorelle, surrounded by greenery, enjoys an extraordinary panorama of the surrounding countryside full of olive groves and vineyards. In the lower part of the garden there is the rectangular in-ground swimming pool measuring 12x6 with a depth of 1.60 meters. The paved solarium area develops around it, equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, two external showers, two gazebos, a service bathroom (toilet and sink). Around the farmhouse there is a garden of approximately 920 m2 equipped with a built-in barbecue, table and chairs for the entire group in the shade of two majestic pine trees. Furthermore, a beach umbrella is available in front of each of the three apartments, characterized by three small gardens equipped with a table and chairs communicating with each other. Guests can take walks throughout the entire property (approximately 5 hectares) surrounded by approximately 2,000 olive trees. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. The portion of farmhouse (about 350 sq mt), divided into three townhouse apartments, has been renovated preserving details of Tuscan architecture, such as the stone walls and wooden beams, but has also been equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests.
The “la Coppaia” apartment opens on the ground floor onto a living room with TV, a bathroom (toilet, bidet and sink), a kitchen. Going up an internal staircase (18 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a double bedroom with a canopy bed and, via two steps, a bedroom with two beds (which can be joined together), a bathroom with shower.
Apartment "Il Granaio" opens on the ground floor onto a living room with TV, a kitchen, a storage room. Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a double bedroom with canopy bed and walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and, via 2 steps, a bedroom with two beds (which can be joined together).
Apartment “I Caratelli” opens on the ground floor onto a living room with TV, bathroom (toilet, bidet and sink) and, via 2 steps, a kitchen with table for 12 people and access to the outside. Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a bedroom with two beds (which can be joined), via 2 steps, a double bedroom with a canopy bed, a bathroom with shower.
Near the reception of the property, in a separate room, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board and iron.

Position
The farmhouse, together with Villa Uliveta and Villa Il Fienile, is part of a village in a hilly position, overlooking the splendid surrounding countryside, an ideal place for relaxing walks. With its excellent quiet and privacy it's ideal for a group of friends who want to spend their holidays together without giving up their privacy. Suitable for all guests who love a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport.

The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity, wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a chef and the organization of cooking courses.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/10. For bigger groups it is possible to book Borgo Casorelle 20. The final cleaning fee must be paid upon check-in by credit card only. Access via 1 km of dirt road in good condition. Arrivals must take place between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
Borgo Casorelle is located 3 km from Lamporecchio, a village in the province of Pistoia in Tuscany, in an area full of olive trees and vines, surrounded by the greenery of the Montalbano and Valdinievole hills. The oldest part of the town, with the medieval villages, the towers, the suggestive churches, is located on the slopes of Montalbano, while the more modern part of the town develops in the flat area. It is located in a central position: from Lamporecchio, in fact, you can easily reach particularly attractive places and cities such as Vinci, Montecatini Terme, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Here it is possible to make routes for cycling or trekking lovers.
