Villa Clemente is an elegant property short drive away from the nice town of Menfi and the beautiful south coast of Sicily with its white sandy beaches and crystalline water. Guests renting this villa can easily reach several interested locations of the Island such as Agrigento with its temple valley; Porto Palo along the coast and other destinations.

The villa is located on the countryside and is surrounded by olive groves, I a very peaceful place, the large private garden of over 2000 square meters and feature a splendid private salted swimming pool of 4x12 mt. depth 1.40 mt. and is equipped with elegant sun lounges and an external shower. close to the villa entrance is a covered patio of over 200 square meters which is equipped with sofas and arm chairs and large dining table where to organize al fresco meals.

The interiors of the villa is spitted into two units the main house and a dependance, for a total of 180 square meters, the entrance leads into a large open space consisting in living room equipped with sofas and flat screen TV, dining area with table and chairs and equipped kitchen with all amenities needed such as fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, American coffee maker and espresso machine, etc. one service bathroom with wc and sink; there are three double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.
The dependance consist in a little living are with kitchenette, one double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned, there is also washing machine and dryer; private parking space, internet wifi.

the south coast of Sicily is just 5 km whit its sandy beaches, guest can either find equipped lidos and also free beaches, nearest Airport in Trapani 70 km; Palermo 105 km; Catania 240 km; Agrigento with the Temple valley is 80 km away

Rental rules:
Minimum stay 5 nights, 7 nights with arrival day ANY from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00) upon request and may require additional fee.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, midweek change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
City tax not included: Euro 2.00 per person per night pay locally in cash.
