This bijou space is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and countryside charm - all within walking distance of top-rated local dining spots. Step inside and feel instantly at home. The cottage features: 1 king-size bedroom for restful nights 1 single bedroom - ideal for a child, friend, or extra guest. Open-plan lounge and kitchen, designed to make the most of the cosy layout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and all the essential pots and pans to prepare a meal after a day of exploring the hills. While there isn’t a formal dining area, we’ve added three portable trays so guests can enjoy meals comfortably on the sofa - thinking a relaxed evening with a movie. Dog-Friendly Stays. Your four-legged friends are welcome here! Please note there’s no garden, but with endless walking routes and green spaces nearby, you’ll have no shortage of outdoor adventures for your pup. - Eat & Explore - You’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to local food and drink. Just 100 metres away is the Michelin-starred restaurant, The Packhorse, a must-try for anyone visiting the area. For something more casual, enjoy a delicious meal at the local Italian restaurant, beloved by both locals and guests. Prefer a morning coffee or hearty brunch? Guests will have access to the entire property We will be available by message, calls or emails •⁠ ⁠Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. •⁠ ⁠Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. •⁠ ⁠No unregistered guests allowed •⁠ ⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume •⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows •⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. •⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. •⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property. •⁠ ⁠Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible •⁠ ⁠If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
