Located in the heart of historic market town Romford, this beautiful apartment is the perfect base for commuters and families. Step outside and you're within a 5-minute walk of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the train station (25 mins to central London), and a shopping centre.
Unwind in the spacious living area, featuring a large corner sofa (which converts to a double bed) and a 45" Samsung Smart TV. Log into your favourite streaming services with the free high-speed WiFi. Enjoy meals at the extendable wooden table, which seats up to six, with meals prepared in the fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Master bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a built-in wardrobe, full length mirror.
Second bedroom: Double bed with a bedside table and a dedicated closet just outside the door.
Extendbale sofa into a small double bed available in the living room. Fit for 2 children, 1 adult
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom offers a bathtub, a modern built-in shower, and storage for your toiletries.
Parking
Located on premises, free and secure parking is available to you with your booking, please just inform us ahead of your stay that you would like to make use of this. No

You will have full, private access to the entire apartment. All utilities, including heating, electricity, and high-speed WiFi, are provided.
Your safety is our priority. The building is secured by a key-locked entrance and a code-protected inner door. The third-floor apartment itself has a double-locked door and the building is monitored by security cameras.
The garage offers security of your vehicle through a remote controlled electronic shutter gate.
One of us will welcome you to our cheerful flat and answer any questions that you might have. Throughout the stay you are more than welcome to reach out with any questions or needs.
The residents of the building are friendly and well known to one another.
Therefore, we have a strict no-parties policy. As this is a residential building, we also require quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
