The nearest bus stops are just a few metres away on City Road and nearby streets. For example, from NE1 2PD you’re only ~27‑50 m from stops such as “City Road – Breamish Street (City Road)” and “Walker Road‑Ouse Street (St Lawrence)”.

Many key bus routes call at stops within a short walk (routes 12, 22, 40, 62, 63 and the “TOON” city‑circular service) — making it easy to hop around Newcastle and neighbouring areas.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
