The building has a lift. Parking is provided in another nearby building, around a 2-minute walk away. A cot is available on request and a high chair is provided. A first-aid kit is also available.

Improvement works are currently taking place around the lift area. Some occasional noise may be heard during permitted working hours. The apartment is positioned at one end of the building, so disturbance is generally limited.
