The villa is 300 sqm with an outdoor area of 2000 sqm and develops over 1 level.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming entrance, a living room, a dining room (includes a high chair), a kitchen (equipped with all common appliances including various coffee machines and an ice maker), and three double bedrooms all with an ensuite (bathroom – shower) , 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and finally one twin bedroom with an ensuite (bathroom – shower). The villa is equipped with all modern amenities such as air-conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, 2 dishwashers, oven and espresso coffee machine ect…

Outside, there is a spacious garden (2000sqm) with a private swimming pool (12x4m; depth: 0.4 to 2.2m; depuration: salt) which can be heated (available from 15.04 to 15.11; heated to 26°C) outdoor seating area and an alfresco dining area. There is a shaded veranda and a terrace (300 sqm), the pool is equipped with sun loungers and a midweek pool towel and bath towel change. There is private parking inside the property.
