Elegant Two-Bedroom Georgian Apartment Near the Royal Crescent.
Set within a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse, this elegantly furnished apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests, making it an ideal choice for families, couples, friends, or business travellers. Spanning the second and third floors, the property offers generous space, stylish interiors, and all the essentials for a truly relaxing stay.
Entrance
Access to the building and apartment is secured by code locks. The main entrance opens to a shared hallway, used by two other apartmentsâone on each floor. As our name suggests, this apartment is situated on the top floor, offering peace and privacy.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for a true home-away-from-home experience. It includes a double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, with complete tableware and utensils for six guests.
Guests will also find a selection of coffee pods, cafetiere coffee, instant coffee, various teas, milk, and essential cooking basics such as oil, vinegar, and spices.
Living and Dining
The open-plan living and dining area offers a welcoming space to relax, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, additional seating, and a smart TV. The dining table seats up to six guests, perfect for shared meals or planning the next dayâs adventures.
The sofa bed can be prepared to accommodate a fifth guest upon request.
Bedrooms
The apartment features two spacious and beautifully presented bedrooms, each with super-king zip-and-link beds.
Unless otherwise requested, one bedroom will be arranged as a super king and the other as a twin.
These can be converted to two super kings or four singles if preferred â please let us know at least 48 hours before arrival for your preferred configuration.
Bathrooms
The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, along with a cupboard for toiletries. There is also a separate WC, featuring an additional toilet, sink, and washing machine for guest convenience.
All towels and linens are provided.
Additional Amenities
Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout, central heating, and all the comforts of home.
HOUSE RULES:

- We kindly request that you leave the property in a neat and tidy condition.
Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and place any used dishes in the dishwasher.
- Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed each time you exit the property.
