The three spacious bedrooms can sleep up to six in comfort, whilst the excellent amenities will ensure you have a luxurious stay. Bedrooms offer Smart TVs, super king-sized beds, spa-style products, & soft linens.

This quintessentially Georgian property is set across two floors and has been carefully refurbished to maintain and enhance the building’s original period features. With beautiful architectural details, marble fireplaces, and shuttered windows, you will truly feel like you have travelled back in time, but with all the modern conveniences. The bright and inviting open plan kitchen and living space is perfect for cosy evenings or sophisticated dinners. If you are not tempted by the vast range of restaurants, bars, and cafes in Bath, the kitchen is fully equipped to allow guests the freedom to create their own culinary delights.

You can be assured of a good night’s sleep in one of our three super king-sized beds, each made with carefully selected bedding and linen. Once again, the bedrooms have remained true to Bath’s historic past. Anne was an awesome host. She made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. The location was great walking distance to all the shops. Only downside was the slow internet.

Thank you so much for the lovely review. I’m really pleased you enjoyed the location and felt welcome. Regarding the internet, as the property is in a historic Bath building there are some limitations on upgrading infrastructure, which means super-fast fibre broadband isn’t currently available in the street. That said, internet speeds can sometimes be improved by contacting the provider, and I’m always happy to help with this if guests experience any issues. Thank you again for staying with us.

THE most incredible flat with amazing views, on a stunning street. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, warm heating (we are Australian and feel the cold). Very comfortable for 6 tall adults - even the sitting room could fit us all on a large leather sofa. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful, beautiful apartment, I can’t recommend this highly enough! My two teenagers and I loved staying here. Lots of small touches such as books to read in the rooms or the gin bar. The whole place feels luxurious. The view from the main living area is incredible. Stay here you won’t regret it !

Bright, cheery and spacious…cold beverage and chocolates were awaiting us upon arrival. A short walk to Abbey, Roman Baths, restaurants, etc. Comparing against many UK stops over 17 days this was our favourite!

Wonderful Flat & Location

Well appointed and lovely flat. Stayed here with my wife and her family. Great location with good access to sights, restaurants, and walks all over bath. Wonderful tall ceilings and lots of warm light in the sitting room and bedrooms. Host have the unit well appointed with toiletries and other goods. It was a great homebase for our 5 days in bath.

Fabulous spacious apt

A lovely apt with all the amenities you could want. Anne Marie was a wonderful host and you can tell she cares about the comfort of her guests! Gave us a free bottle of Prosecco and truffles. Everything about the apt was great and very well located for walking everywhere in Bath. We were sorry to leave this beautiful city and home.

Beautiful apartment close to Bath center

We loved the apartment. The host communicated well and even left us a welcome note with chocolate and stuff to make gin and tonics! It was much needed after a long day of traveling. The apartment is well equipped and clean with anything you’d need. (Make sure to bring laundry detergent). Our one issue…it’s tucked between two very busy streets. It was very loud at night and traffic really picks up in the morning for rush hour. Closing the window covers helped a bit but we all woke up early every morning.

Thank you very much for the review and I'm so glad that you loved the apartment. I'm afraid that traffic noise is a bit of a trade off with such a central location but we have recently installed secondary glazing and are looking at adding some heavy curtains to the bedrooms to mitigate this.

We had a lovely stay in Bath, venue was close to the main area so easy access to all the amenities. On arrival Anne-Marie left some lovely touches in the apartment such as Truffles, Champagne and use of her gin!! The apartment was amazing, with wonderful views and 3 large bedrooms Highly recommend and will be going back

Lovely Apartment in the Heart of Bath

We were very pleased with our stay in this property, which was lovely — spacious and very comfortable. It is well located within easy walking distance of all the major sights, good restaurants, and only a quick 5 minute walk from Waitrose, a very good grocery store. Ann is a very responsive and helpful host, who even provided extra hangers when needed, and we appreciated her warm welcome. The only downside was that the location was between two roads which had quite a lot of traffic heading into Bath, and with windows open it could get noisy during the day and into the early evening, but they were very quiet in the night and did not interfere with sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
