Other Notes:
A baby bed is available on request for an additional fee of ÂŁ40. A high chair is also available for ÂŁ40, or both for ÂŁ60. Please request these after booking.

If an in-person key handover is needed and you arrive between 19:00–21:59, a £50 fee applies. From 22:00–00:59, the fee is £90, and after 01:00 it's £120. All in-person check-in fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Notify us by SMS or email if you are delayed.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for inspections, maintenance, cleanings, or viewings with reasonable notice, or without notice in emergencies. Viewings may take place between 08:00–19:00. For bookings over £1000, payment may be required via secure link or bank transfer for verification and banking purposes.

We had such a lovely stay here! The flat was bright, cozy and impeccably maintained — it felt inviting the moment we walked in. We found everything exactly as described: the living space was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi reliable (which was great for our downtime). The location is absolutely fantastic: tucked away in central London, you’re just a couple of minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, so you’re in the heart of the West End’s theatre, dining and entertainment scene. Getting around couldn’t be easier: the nearby Charing Cross Station (and the Tube network) is within easy reach, making sightseeing beyond the immediate area a breeze. There are plenty of cafĂ©s, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. This place is a top choice.
