Downtown Penthouse N° 5 is a unique 90mÂČ Loft, with a private heated pool on a 50mÂČ exclusive roof garden overlooking Acropolis and Technopolis, a breath away from the archaeological sites of Athens, 50m from the Kerameikos metro station. Plunge into the pool with the amazing views, lie down on the lounger and drink your cocktail, sleep on Egyptian cotton sheets, relax in the sofa watching SAT TV. It would be our honor to host you.

This is a two-storey loft with internal staircase and high ceilings consisted by one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom and a WC. It has enormous balconies in every level and itâs unique feature is the private pool on the roof garden that can be accessed through the top balcony.

âą Roof garden with fantastic views to Acropolis and Technopolis. It has 2 loungers and a big sofa where you can relax and enjoy your cocktails watching the beautiful sunset,
âą Comfortable Italian design sofa and chair and a flat 49inch smart tv with a satellite tv , Netflix and a lot of free satellite channels. All the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,
âą Second smart TV in the bedroom,
âą Strong Wi-Fi high speed internet for you (+300 Mbps),
âą Central autonomous heating system,
âą 2 Air Conditions,
âą Instant use of hot water through natural gas,
âą Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit,
âą Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (Nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and coffees (Nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),
