Accurate pictures! Comfortable, modern, clean, spacious studio apartment. Convenient location near restaurants, nightlife, and the metro. Had to adjust to not flushing toilet paper, but I survived. There was even a bluetooth capable stereo. Prompt and clear communication from Yannis. I would easily stay here again on a future visit to Athens!

Thanks for the great hospitality, the accommodations, amenities and location to many of the hi-lights of Athens did not disappoint. Would definitely rebook this apartment when I visit Athens again.

Everything about my stay was first rate - not a single thing could have been better. Incredible value too. The surrounding area, even within a couple of mins walk, is also richly varied, interesting, and includes great eating. Yannis, the host, was terrific to deal with.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. We don’t mind walking and we were able to wander into the centre where there were lots of great places to eat in about 10 minutes. The check in process was seamless, connected with us when we landed, organized a taxi for arrival and departure and the apartment had everything that we needed. Would recommend.

What a Fabulous 5 star Experience wrapped in a VRBO.

Excellent stay, neighborhood, and host

This is a great neighborhood and our host was incredibly responsive - he even helped to arrange a well-priced ride to and from the airport. Property itself is super clean and well-equipped. Neighborhood of Gazi has good food and bar options, and the 20-minute walk to Monistaraki corridor of food and everything north of Acropolis (excuse my Greek). Recommend a stay here and would stay again - thank you!

Short time in Athens but a great stay!

Was met at the door of unit later in evening by a fine gentleman who assisted with luggage and tour of apartment. Very modern, excellent AC, shower and very comfortable bed. We had been up for 35 plus hours travelling and room blacks out so well we slept till in the afternoon. Was in walking distance to our food walking tour so that was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Awesome Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The best of 5 different ABNB or VRBO’s. Location was fantastic for traveling Athens. Local restaurants excellent with the best and most affordable foods. The elevator in the building worked great. So much easier than using the stairs as all other units did Not have one. I recommend this unit highly and would definitely stay there again. Tullis and Yannis our hosts were excellent as well.
