Perfectly located on a quiet mews street, this charming home offers a peaceful escape while being just moments from excellent transport links, Hyde Park, and the many shops and restaurants of nearby Westbourne Grove and connaught village. With a cosy upper level work and TV lounge space, and and open kitchen- dining area its ideal for professionals for both a short getaways and longer stays in the city. The home's incredible location is in the centre of Paddington and a ten minutes' walk, to Hyde Park or 20 minute walk to Notting Hill or Marylebone and boasts city living at its finest.

By day, soak up the cityâs energy through tall windows that flood the open kitchen and dining area with natural light. By night, escape to the mezzanine level, perfect for curling up on the sofa or tackling work. Itâs the best of both worlds: city buzz meets peaceful retreat

The green open spaces of Hyde Park are a short stroll away, as are the charming cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops of nearby Little Venice and Westbourne Grove. Ideal for professionals, couples, or those seeking a London pied-Ă -terre, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy one of the capitalâs most well-connected and desirable neighbourhoods.
Getting Around:
You are opposite Paddington station with access to and array of buses and tube lines. Excellent transport links, including Paddington Station, the Heathrow Express, and the Elizabeth Line.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the first floor and you are required to climb 2 flights of stairs. There is no elevator.
The home is for sale so there may be a request for a guest viewing. However this will always be given in advance and at a time that is convenient.
