The private terrace is a standout feature, offering all-day sunshine and a front-row view of both the coastline, the Mediterranean and the resortâs pools. It includes a private plunge pool, perfect for cooling off while enjoying the surroundings (not heated), as well as a dining area and sun loungers for relaxing outdoors.
This modern two-bedroom apartment, built in 2020, is tastefully furnished and designed to provide a high-quality stay for up to five guests. The master bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the terrace.
The living area offers a comfortable sofa bed suitable for one additional guest, along with a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stylish island counter, ideal for both cooking and socialising.
Guests also have access to a range of premium resort facilities, including two swimming pools, one of which is heated and open year round, a fully equipped gym (inside the community and free to use), landscaped gardens, and on-site amenities nearby such as restaurants, a bakery, and small shops. There is also a childrenâs play area within the resort free to use.
The location offers excellent convenience, with the beach approximately a ten-minute walk away and La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola just a short drive. Public transport options are easily accessible, and a free resort train connects different areas of the complex, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. Private garage parking is included, with additional street parking available nearby.
Please note that the private plunge pool is serviced every Wednesday morning, and access will be required and obligatory for maintenance.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay, including the private terrace and plunge pool.
In addition, guests can enjoy access to all available communal facilities within the Santa Barbara Heights complex, including the swimming pools, gym, landscaped gardens, and shared areas.
The Neighborhood:
Santa Barbara Heights is a modern and well-maintained residential resort located between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas, offering a peaceful setting with easy access to some of the Costa del Solâs most popular destinations.
The area is ideal for guests looking to enjoy both relaxation and convenience, with beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and beach clubs all within a short distance. La Cala de Mijas offers a charming village atmosphere with a wide range of dining options, while Fuengirola provides a lively promenade, shopping, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from this location. A car is recommended to fully explore the surrounding areas, including nearby towns, beaches, and attractions.
There is a local bus service connecting Fuengirola, Marbella, and MĂĄlaga, and a free resort train operates within the complex, providing convenient access to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
Private garage parking is included with the apartment, and additional street parking is available nearby.
Other Things to Note:
The private plunge pool is serviced every Wednesday morning, and access will be required for maintenance. This is obligatory and by booking you are granting access to the pool cleaner to carry out this important task.
This is a modern residential complex designed for comfort and relaxation. Guests are asked to respect the property and neighbours at all times.
Guests have the option to enhance their stay with a range of additional services. A travel cot can be provided for âŹ25, and an infant high chair is available for âŹ15, or both items can be arranged together for âŹ30.
We also offer a reliable airport transfer chauffeur service for âŹ50 for up to four passengers, which is a great option for late arrivals or a smooth, stress-free journey to the property.
Late check-out may be available for a fee of half the nightly rate, subject to availability and confirmation closer to departure.
