The Space:

Ideally located between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas, this stylish holiday home is perfect for families, couples and digital nomads looking for beach access, swimming pools, restaurants and resort facilities, all within walking distance.



The townhouse is bright, modern and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious lounge features contemporary furnishings, a streaming-ready TV and direct access to a private terrace, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the Costa del Sol. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all essential cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home.



There are two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed with plush bedding, while the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children, friends or additional guests. The private outdoor patio is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing on sunbeds or enjoying the warm Mediterranean evenings in a peaceful setting.



Though a privately owned home and not part of the Wyndham Costa del Sol Resort, you can still enjoy access to a wide range of on-site amenities. These include outdoor swimming pools, including dedicated children’s pool, on-site restaurants and bars offering everything from casual beachside dining to international cuisine. There is also a fitness centre and spa where treatments and massages can be booked for an additional fee (check Wyndham's website for opening dates and hours). There are also children’s play areas and seasonal kids’ club activities, as well as tennis courts and organised activities, some of which may carry additional charges.



The location offers easy beach access via pedestrian-friendly pathways, including underpasses and overpasses, so there is no road noise to disturb your stay. The property is centrally positioned for exploring the Costa del Sol, with la Cala de Mijas, Marbella, Málaga city, Fuengirola and the charming whitewashed village of Mijas Pueblo all within easy driving distance. Golf courses, supermarkets, shops and beach bars are all close by, making this an ideal base for both short breaks and longer stays.



Guests have full private access to the entire townhouse. Free street parking is available just outside the property. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00. Early check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability. Late check-in can be arranged with prior notice but is not included. Pets are welcome, but please inform us at the time of booking and add them to the reservation!



Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, access to the resort pools, initial small toiletries and a starter cleaning kit are all included in your stay but we do not supply these things for the entirety of your stay and it is self catering.

Other Things to Note:

Travel cot is available for €25 per stay, high chair for €15 per stay, or both items together for €30 per stay. Airport transfer chauffeur service is available at the current rate for up to 4 passengers for €50. Late check-ins are no problem here with access via provided codes.



Interaction with Guests:

We aim to give guests complete privacy to enjoy their holiday, but we are available should you need assistance. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. We are of course available to respond to emergencies at all times.
