Welcome to 5 Riverside Gardens â a bright, modern second-floor apartment offering comfort, convenience, and peace just steps from the River Ness. Perfectly located, you can enjoy the calm of a riverside neighbourhood while being within easy walking distance of Inverness city centre, Eden Court Theatre, and Bught Park.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms:
Master bedroom: Super king bed with en-suite shower room and large wardrobes.
Second bedroom: Twin beds, perfect for families or friends.
The spacious lounge offers seating for 4 and a TV with Freeview. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, and a dining table for 4. We provide all basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper.
The apartment also has a family bathroom with over-bath electric shower. Fresh white towels, toiletries, and quality bed linens are provided for every guest.
Guest Access:
Youâll have full use of the entire apartment, with the exception of one locked cupboard that contains spare linen.

From the A9, follow signs for Inverness city centre (B865).
Drive through the centre, passing Marks & Spencer on your left.
Turn left onto the B862 (Hilton / Culduthel / Holm Mills).
Cross the bridge, then turn immediately left onto Ness Walk.
Follow Ness Walk past the Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre.
Turn left at the University sign, then right at the RNI Hospital sign.
5 Riverside Gardens is on your left.
Use Parking Space #5, marked on the kerb.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located on the second floor with stair access only (no lift).
The allocated parking space is directly below the apartment and bike storage is also available.
The apartment is in a quiet residential block â please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
A travel cot and highchair are available on request (please let us know in advance).
One cupboard will remain locked as it contains spare linen and housekeeping supplies.
Self check-in is via lockbox; code and instructions will be sent before arrival.
