1900 Ninety Eight est nouvellement ouvert en 2017, le premier développement en bord de mer à Destin depuis près de 10 ans. Il y a seulement 16 résidences au total, deux pour chaque étage, chaque maison offrant une vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique. Le 801 est situé au 8e étage et comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains et plus de 2 600 pieds carrés d'espace de vie pour les vacances. Les finitions modernes comme les vanités en marbre dans les salles de bains, les armoires de cuisine personnalisées et les appareils en acier inoxydable font partie de ce qui en fait une expérience de vacances vraiment luxueuse.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une entrée privée sur un grand balcon. Le balcon meublé a un barbecue à gaz, deux chaises longues et une table à manger extérieure avec quatre chaises. La salle de bain principale a une double vasque, une baignoire et une grande douche à l'italienne.

La première chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et les deux chambres comprennent une télévision à écran plat. La troisième salle de bain a une combinaison de baignoire douche et est facile d'accès depuis les chambres ou les espaces de vie. La dernière chambre d'hôtes est meublée de lits superposés.

Le plan d'étage à aire ouverte dans le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine facilite le temps passé ensemble. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer et déguster vos plats préférés dans le confort de votre foyer. Il y a de la place pour 8 personnes à la grande table à manger en bois et 4 au bar du petit déjeuner.

1900 Ninety Eight propose des équipements exceptionnels. Prélassez-vous au soleil ou sous les étoiles dans la piscine et le bain à remous communautaires sur le toit, ou détendez-vous près du foyer en cristal pour regarder le soleil se coucher. Gorgeous views and beautiful condo!

This was our tenth trip to Destin, and by far our favorite! The condo is clean spacious and yields amazing views! We saw many marine animals! We love love love the private beach access!!! Will definitely be back to stay!

Amazing accommodations. The pictures provided are an accurate representation of the space. The only thing that could’ve improved the trip was the weather, everything else was great, close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores as well as being feet from the gulf.

Fantastic location and view. The large main room with deck was perfect for our family gathering, offering an unbelievable view which was especially nice on rainy days while we stayed inside. Very spacious.

The condo was beautiful and also beautifully furnished. Top notch appliances and spectacular views of the ocean. Nice and quiet and friendly people all around. The ONLY complaint we had is that the shower heads in the guest bathrooms need to be updated. There was no way to adjust them. Check in was a breeze and communication with management was excellent. Beds were comfortable and nice toiletries provided. Super close to many great restaurants and shopping. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will probably be back next year.

Lovely space. Well stocked kitchen (dishes, appliances, soap.) Plenty of space. Amazing deck, view. Walking distance to excellent restaurant. Amazing beach. Would be great for multiple families given large size.

Views like no other

Second time staying at this property. You can’t beat the views or the location. Beds are super comfy and the place is spotlessly cleaned! The Wi-Fi in the unit is a bit weak, but it was manageable. Wish there were some sand/water toys for guests to use but we picked some up at Walmart and left them (hopefully for future guests to use).

Amazing views from beautiful condo

The week long stay was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space for all of us. The condo was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, the matresses were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the living area for movie watching. The view is amazing and the private beach was a bonus since the public beach was packed. We found the beach attendants super friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, hot tub and gym. Check in/out process was simple. We would not hesitate to book this property again!

Wonderful location and property.

The property and experience was the best. I would reccomend to anyone. It ould be nice to have coded key pads instead of fobs for property access. We were constantly shuffling because we didn't have enough. (Max was 5 fpbs and we had 6 teens / adults in the house.

Amazing views of the Emerald Coast

Had a wonderful week at this property! The views were the best of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. Back porch grill (2 buildings away) had great food. Also enjoyed picking up donuts from the Donut Hole and fish/shrimp for the grill from the fish market. Spent every day down at the private beach and loved it! Bought some inexpensive sand toys at Target to keep our kiddo entertained for the week - left them in the unit so hopefully others can enjoy. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen (though did need to buy paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, salt/pepper and trash bags - not a big deal but just want others to know). Hope to return in future years!

Family Vacation 2.0

We had a great venue for our family to celebrate two milestone birthdays. Amenities and condo were wonderful. Weather and views were fabulous. Close to everything we needed. The only downside was the guys who manage the private beach and umbrella service were unprofessional and condescending. They acted like they didn’t want to be there at all and were put out by anyone that asked them for anything. The sad thing is one the worst guys was the boss apparently of the crew. Place was clean and simply beautiful though!

Breathtaking condo !!!

When you first walk into the co do your speechless by the beautiful view of the ocean. All the bedrooms were spacious and having a separate bathroom for each of us was wonderful. The unit had a separate laundry room along with utility room with an additional refrigerator that was a plus. The kitchen had every essential you needed from 2 coffee pots, air fryer, electric grill, baking dishes, blender, bowls and another separate closet with entertaining dishes/glasses.. My family loved this rental, the check in process, property management and process was nothing less of a 5 start from the beginning to the end of our stay. If we decide to visit Destin in the future we will definitely be staying here again !!!

Family vacay

This condo is beautiful. It’s is very spacious. The views are gorgeous. Our family had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely use it again. Absolutely perfect!!
