Rustic-style villa full of character

This beautiful rustic Mallorcan house is located just a few minutes from the town of Pollença, and offers beautiful views of the "Serra de Tramontana" mountains. The decoration of the villa is totally traditional in style, with wooden beams, ceramic and stone floors, white walls, etc. Outside of the house, there is a nice covered terrace from where we can enjoy the stunning views of the "Ternelles" valley and the high mountains of the "Serra de Tramontana".



The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and other kitchen utensils. On the first floor are the bedrooms, which consist of two doubles and one with a double bed. All of them share two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. There is also a toilet with shower outside the house, near the barbecue area.



The covered terrace is fully furnished, and the swimming pool, large enough, is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing. Moreover, there is a covered area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends.
