2 Porthilly Cottages consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden courtyard with seating and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub, and within 1.1 miles, a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog are welcome. Enjoy a retreat near the seaside at 2 Porthilly Cottages. Note: Steps going down lead up to the entrance of the property, please take care. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 250GBP.
