Our stay was very good for the 7 days there. The place is very spacious and clean compared to others during our vacation across several countries. A few things to keep in mind for this location. If you don't use the elevator it's 70 steps to the apt. The locks on the front door can take 3 to 4 tries to get in or out. The dryer portion of the washer is weak at best and you need to hang dry every load. We did have an issue with the elevator becoming stuck between floors and the management company was excellent in responding to the repair needed. The list of fixes and recommendations was excellent and we used several of them including retripping the breaker downstairs in the building when our power went out. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was in a great location and was very clean and tidy. We were there during the heat wave, and unfortunately, the air-conditioning didn’t work as well as we would’ve liked. They had fans in there to help, but it didn’t stay very cool, which made it tough to sleep. We also had some issues checking into the place - the host was not flexible with check-in time, which is fine, but then when we did go to check-in at the allowed time, the key was not in the box so we had to wait until someone came to help us out. The lock on the actual apartment door was very tricky. I’ve heard this is common with Italian locks, but it was a struggle every time we came back to the apartment and tried to get in. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, but it would’ve been nice to have some extra towels and there was no conditioner in the shower. Overall, we would stay again because of the location and the cleanliness.

Although our check-in times are set in advance, we understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the permitted time and find that the key was not yet available.
