Beautiful Cottage with Hot Tub & Outdoor kitchen

Welcome to Rose Cottage.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and well-equipped kitchen/diner – the perfect spot to cook, eat, and catch up with loved ones. After dinner, head into the cosy lounge where you can kick back by the log burner, watch a movie on the Smart TV (Netflix included), or chill out with some tunes on the Sonos speaker. There’s also a separate snug just off the kitchen – ideal for the kids, with comfy sofas, a Smart TV, PlayStation, books, and games to keep them entertained.

Next to the kitchen is the handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer – perfect for drying off the dogs after a country walk. There’s also plenty of space for muddy boots and coats, plus a separate downstairs toilet for convenience.

Upstairs, there are four lovely bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed and a modern en-suite shower room. There’s also a double room and two twin rooms, along with a spacious family bathroom featuring a walk-in corner shower and a beautiful freestanding roll-top bath – perfect for a relaxing soak.

Step outside and you’ll find some real treats. Tucked away behind the cottage and overlooking the valley is a large timber gazebo – home to a big hot tub, a Smart TV, an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ and fridge, plus a comfy seating area. Across the garden, there's a sunken firepit and another dining space for alfresco meals.

The gardens themselves are a lovely mix of lawn, mature trees, and colourful plants – totally enclosed and super private. There’s space to park up to four cars on the private drive, and you’ll also have access to a universal EV charger, free to use.

Located close to both the North and South Coasts of West Cornwall you can easily explore this beautiful peninsula. Praa Sands is a stunning family friendly beach, with a cafe, surf school, beach bar and parking a 5-10 minute drive away, head to Hayle for 3 miles of golden sands, or take a trip to St Ives or Penzance to explore these great towns, about 20 minutes away.
