Cozy 50 m2 apartment for 5 people, located on the ground floor and with access from the 1st floor from the back of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access).

The accommodation is located in Borghetto di Vara, a small quiet town surrounded by the greenery of the Ligurian hills, 30 minutes by car from La Spezia.

The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large garden furnished with gazebo, table and chairs and equipped with a shared swimming pool.

The internal space is organized as follows:



- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and access to the garden;

- BEDROOM with double bed, single bunk bed, bedside table and wardrobe;

- FULL BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, sink and raised shower cubicle;

- GARDEN furnished with gazebo, table with dining chairs, sun loungers and umbrella;

- CONDOMINIUM SWIMMING POOL (Open from June 1st to September 30th / Opening hours: 8.00-20.00);

- ENTRANCE TERRACE with dining table and chairs.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent entrance, independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine and barbecue.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

This procedure serves us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service ‘Alloggiati Web’, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Check-in will be done on a self-check-in basis. We will provide you with further instructions close to your arrival.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.

Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

The accommodation is located in Via XXIV Maggio, in the heart of Borghetto di Vara, a quiet village in the Ligurian hinterland, surrounded by greenery and about 30 minutes by car from the Cinque Terre National Park. The area is quiet and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a stay away from the chaos of the city, but with all the main services at hand.

In the immediate vicinity there are small grocery stores, bars, a pharmacy and typical restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine.
