Located in Zone 2, just minutes from Jubilee, Bakerloo and Overground lines, reach Central London, Hampstead or Wembley in 10–15 minutes. Set in a secure building with lift, it offers leafy views, fast WiFi, workspace, 55” TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Cafés, shops and transport are all moments away.
This spacious 1-bedroom flat is designed for comfort, flexibility and a relaxed stay in London.
Sleeping arrangements:
* Bedroom: 1 double bed (sleeps 2)
* Bedroom: 1 double futon (sleeps 2)
* Living Room: Fold-out single bed (sleeps 1)
The layout makes it ideal for couples or small groups who want extra space, while still offering the flexibility to accommodate up to 5 guests when needed.
Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer pleasant leafy views, creating a bright and welcoming environment throughout the day.
The apartment is fully equipped for both short and longer stays, including:

Located within a secure residential building with lift access, the flat provides a calm and comfortable setting while remaining very well connected to Central London and surrounding areas. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and transport links are all just a short walk away, making day-to-day living easy and convenient during your stay.
Guests have full private access to the entire flat, including the living area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and workspace. Access to the building is secure, and the apartment is located on the third floor with lift access for convenience.
Self check-in is provided via a secure key safe, allowing flexible arrival without the need to coordinate timings. Full instructions are shared before arrival, and support is available if needed.
I am available to assist with any questions before and during your stay. Check-in is self-service for convenience, but support is available remotely if needed. I am generally available until 10:00 pm for any urgent queries, and will respond to messages as quickly as possible throughout your stay. I am happy to provide local recommendations or help with anything to make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

* No parties, events or gatherings
* Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
Early check-in, late check-out and bag drops are not normally possible due to cleaning schedules. Where available, these can be arranged by booking the adjacent night (£70 per option). Strictly no smoking inside the property. If smoking outside, please do so away from the building entrance.
