Living Spaces

The first floor features an open-plan layout, with the kitchen and dining area on the left and the living room on the right. The living room boasts a sunken sofa, perfect for gathering or unwinding, and opens directly to the pool area, offering easy access for guests to enjoy the outdoors. On the second floor, a billiard area with bar stools overlooks the front of the villa, adding an extra layer of entertainment. Moving up to the rooftop, you’ll find a large terrace designed for relaxing, dining, or hosting BBQs while taking in the scenic views of the neighborhood.

Bedrooms

Fenta Villa offers three beautifully designed bedrooms, each providing a private and comfortable space. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a work space/vanity area, as well as an ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower and bathtub. On the second floor, two additional bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms and desks, perfect for those seeking a blend of relaxation and functionality. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the pool, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the fresh air.
