The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Flooded with natural light, this sociable space boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open directly onto the enclosed garden, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including dishwasher, and coffee machine. Bayhurst features a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The enclosed garden is a haven for relaxation and outdoor fun. Enjoy al fresco dining around the outdoor log burner, or relax with drinks in the comfortable seating area. There's also an under-cover zone featuring a refreshing outdoor shower — ideal after beach days — and a ping pong table, ideal to entertain the children.

Bayhurst comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four generous bedrooms. The master bedroom situated on the first floor features a super king bed, ensuite bathroom, and balcony. Also on the first floor there is a large bedroom with 4 single beds and a further double bedroom, plus a family bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a king room with ensuite and family bathroom with bath and walk in shower.

Tucked away in a peaceful spot, the house is just a short walk to the dog-friendly beach — ideal for seaside strolls, paddling, and searching for fossils. Bayhurst has parking for 4 vehicles only.

This room also features a pool table, ideal for a bit of family competition! A wood-panelled hallway leads to the spacious open-plan kitchen and family room, the heart of the house. Three sets of floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors and a glass roof lantern fill the room with light, while underfloor heating keeps it cosy in winter. Doors open directly onto a private, walled garden. The kitchen has a quartz island with barstools, Neff and Bosch appliances, double oven, Nespresso machine, smoothie maker, dishwasher and well-stocked cupboards. An oversized modular sofa faces the TV, and a scrubbed pine dining table seats 12 alongside the bi-fold doors.

Bayhurst has a separate boot room/utility with sink, washer, dryer and racks for wet clothes, wellies and sandy shoes.

The wonderful enclosed rear garden offers a lawn, wraparound sun deck with outdoor sofas, parasol and a dining table for 12. There’s a covered seating area with log burner, plus a games zone with ping pong and darts. An outdoor shower and wetsuit rails are ideal after beach visits.

Bayhurst sleeps up to 10 guests. Upstairs, the master suite has a super king bed, sofa area, ensuite shower room, and a south-facing balcony with seating and glimpses of the Solent and the Isle of Wight - providing the perfect spot for a peaceful morning cuppa. There’s a kids’ dorm with four single beds, a double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs is a king bedroom with ensuite shower, plus a family bathroom with walk-in shower.

Located on a peaceful beachfront road, the house is steps from dog-friendly beach. The secure front garden includes a lawn and parking for four cars maximum.
