The first-floor bedrooms offer sea views and access to a furnished balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with both cooling and heating functions, ensuring comfort throughout the year.



The villa has four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub.



The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the living room and dining area. The living room is spacious and welcoming, featuring a television, a double sofa bed, and an indoor dining area.



Outdoors, highlights include a terrace with sea views, equipped with a relaxing jacuzzi, a private swimming pool with sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. On the top floor, next to the BBQ terrace, there is also a mini fridge and a cabinet with cutlery and kitchen utensils, providing added convenience for outdoor meals.
