Despite its tranquil location, it’s only two hours from London and easily accessible from Cheltenham, Oxford, and Bath. Often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Cotswolds,’ Broadway boasts a picturesque High Street lined with honey-hued cottages, charming boutiques, and historic inns. The vaulted open-plan kitchen and dining area is designed for entertaining, with a five-oven Aga, Gaggenau steam oven, wood-burning stove, and a large farmhouse table.

Leisure Suite
The property includes an impressive five-bedroom house and a separate two-bedroom Cotswold-stone cottage, making it perfect for large family gatherings or get-togethers with friends. Pet-friendly and with secure gardens, it’s ideal for guests travelling with dogs.
A traditional walled garden houses an immaculate outdoor heated pool (seasonal), a pool house, a Cotswold-stone barbecue, and a covered dining area. The old stable block has been converted into a well-equipped gym, complete with boxing, reformer pilates, Peloton, and yoga.

The main house features five uniquely styled bedrooms and bathrooms, including a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom for easy access.
Across the courtyard, Laverton Cottage boasts two more bedrooms, a kitchen, breakfast room, and a cosy living room with an open fire.
