Just 15 kilometers from Todi and 2.5 from the medieval village of Morre, it is the ideal location for those seeking tranquility, relaxation, outdoor activities and wholesome food. The 20-hectare estate is half covered in pristine woods, at the center of which is the villa with architecture that blends materials tied to the land and modern design. The 10 rooms with en suite bathrooms all have access to the furnished outdoor garden. The large spaces of the outdoor areas and the indoor lounge, allow convivial tables to be set up for groups of friends, family and colleagues.
In the spacious and bright lounge there is also a bar area equipped with: refrigerated still and sparkling water dispensers, espresso machine, kettle, ice maker, microwave oven, air fryer, toaster, refrigerator and sideboard with plates glasses and cutlery. There is piped music in all common areas. The professional kitchen can be used only by our authorized staff who, upon request and not included in the stay, can cook all the recipes of the local peasant culture. The large outdoor saltwater infinity pool is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, in the wellness center there is a heated water pool with whirlpool and waterfalls for cervical massage, Turkish bath with chromotherapy and filodiffusion, the relaxation area overlooks the outdoor pool and the surrounding forest. For the safety of our guests in the wellness center, the assistance of authorized personnel is provided, the opening hours are from 11 am to 12.30 pm and from 5 pm to 6.30 pm.
For those wishing to visit our green Umbria we recommend: the “St. Francis Path” and the recent “Path of the Silent Villages,” the Marmore Falls and the Mole of Narni, the Sibillini Mountains and the Mount Subasio with Assisi and Spello, other towns of art are: Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Montefalco, Bevagna, Civita di Bagnoregio and the charming smaller villages.
