Two-level apartment with terrace, located in the Murta Maria neighbourhood.



The apartment opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, TV and dining table. The kitchen is semi-independent and equipped with all the comforts necessary for preparing delicious meals. From the living area it is possible to access the terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and with sea view. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and consists of two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a double bed and a single bed. The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms both with shower enclosures.

*The shared swimming pool is open from 13 June to 13 September, from 10-13 16-19. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. With its port and international airport, its scenic beauty, its history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offering. In the centre stand out the medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which displays finds from Nuragic artefacts to Roman warships, and on a hill just outside the city, with views over the gulf, the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The city is also the location of major events such as the Giro d'Italia and concerts by internationally famous artists.

The coastal territory of Olbia alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados. Furthermore, this area offers a network of naturalistic routes rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, which offer breathtaking panoramic views.

Also worth discovering is traditional food and wine, in the numerous local establishments and restaurants and during festivals. Kid goat with myrtle and Gallurese soup for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try the fish from the gulf. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle liqueur.
