21. Villa Stay&Enjoy

This freshly renovated villa in the intimate Los Arcos estate combines luxurious comfort with a perfect location.

The villa is located in a quiet part of Caleta de Fuste, just 100 m from the Fuerteventura Golf Club golf course. You can reach the Atlántico shopping centre in about 5 minutes, and a walk to the wide, sandy Playa de la Guirra takes less than 10 minutes. The central beach in Caleta de Fuste, Playa del Castillo, is located a kilometre further.

The interior (90 m²) is designed in a modern style: two bright bedrooms with large beds - one with a television - a living room with a sofa bed and a charming glazed terrace that transforms into a cosy winter garden when evening falls. The kitchen with induction hob, oven and a full set of dishes encourages culinary experiments, and an elegant bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

The heart of the home is a private garden-terrace (110 m² of land), created for outdoor living. Sunbathing loungers await here, a parasol providing shade, and a summer kitchen: a large gas grill, a single burner, a sink and a refrigerator for chilled drinks – an ideal set for long evenings at the table or shared grilling with friends.

To the neighbourhood swimming pool - open all year round - access is limited to residents and guests with a special card, so the sunbeds are quiet and peaceful, without unnecessary crowds.

Guests have two parking spaces directly in front of the property, and thanks to the proximity of the airport (8 km), it is easy to get here (and difficult to leave...).
