Villetta Specchiulla is one of the dwellings located inside the residential village Conca Specchiulla, a place shrouded in pine forest, a stone`s throw from the sea, from the enchanting coastline north of Otranto.

A lovely, furnished garden marks the contours of Villetta Specchiulla, with manicured flower beds, outdoor sitting area where you can relax while chatting, shaded veranda with table and chairs for eating meals al fresco, and a convenient outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea.

The interior of the vacation home is comfortable and simple. The living room is furnished with table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed, TV and bookshelves. Next to it is the kitchenette.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a 120-cm French bed. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, one of which is complete with a shower.

Villetta Specchiulla is located in the village of Conca Specchiulla, in the coastal resort of the same name located just north of Otranto. The area is characterized by pine forest, paths leading to the sea, small coves overlooking a particularly picturesque coastline.

Otranto, with its architectural and cultural wonders, lies only 13 km away. Very close are the most famous marinas of Melendugno, such as Torre Sant`Andrea and Torre dell`Orso, 2 and 3 km away, respectively.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
