Just a short walk from Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square, this traditional two-bedroom London residence blends classic charm with modern ease in this prime London location. Housed in a timeless building, the apartment features a well-appointed kitchen with warm wooden finishes, combining character with functionality. Designed for families or individuals, this flat provides a cozy retreat in the heart of the city, with world-famous landmarks and attractions at your doorstep.
Building was under construction and had scaffolding and a screen placed around it so could not see clearly out the windows. There was work being done throughout the day with workers outside the windows on the scaffolding. A bright light outside on the scaffolding came on each night at midnight and lit up the rooms until morning.Once construction is finished would stay there again as location was great.
We had an amazing stay - there were 4 adults. The apartment is very clean and nice. Unfortunately the refrigerator was broken on our first day - the host responded quickly and got a new fridge within 3 days. They were very apologetic of the incident; and we realized that things like this happen. The location is the best- close to all tourist attractions and the tube. Only 2 suggestions - the bed in one of the rooms was not that comfortable- the mattress should be changed - the sofa bed was quite comfortable as well as the other bedroom. The kitchen was not that well equipped - only a set of 4 of everything dishes, 1 pot and small frying pan, no sharp knives, no paper towels or dish cloth, and only 1 tea towel - we had to do the dishes after each time we ate or had a drink - no need for a dishwasher when there are only 4 of everything. The heated floor in the bathroom was great. We still had a great stay but it could be made better for others if the suggestions are implemented. Also Note: There is construction and scaffolding outside the windows with lights that stay on all night - the heavy curtains are good but doesn't block all the light out, so if you like to sleep in the dark I would suggest bringing a sleep mask. Overall we still had a great stay and would stay here again.
