Ground Floor (Entrance Level)
âą Entrance Hallway â Welcoming entry with storage space for coats and shoes.
First Floor
âą Living Room â A stylish space with comfortable seating, contemporary dĂ©cor, and a TV for entertainment.
âą Kitchen & Dining Area â A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, an island with seating, and a dining table for meals.
âą Bedroom â A cosy double bedroom with built-in storage.
âą Bathroom â Features a bathtub with an overhead shower, toilet, and sink.
Second Floor
âą Master Bedroom (En-Suite) â A spacious king-size bedroom with sloped ceilings, built-in storage, and direct access to a private balcony. This room has access to an en-suite bathroom, offering a walk in shower.

The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay.

The apartment is conveniently located a 7 minute walk away from Kensal Green Station, which offers connection to both the overground and Bakerloo lines. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner, only a 2 minute walk away. Additionally, there are uber and taxi services available.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment requires guests to use stairs and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The apartment is currently for sale, this means that property viewings need to occur during your stay. On the morning of the viewing, we send in a member of our cleaning team to tidy the apartment. We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.
